The Freedom Hat

I finally can show you my latest project:

the "freedom hat"!
I've told you about the little cage I've created in an old post! ..I've even decided to enter this contest with this creation!

The little hat with hand-dyed green silk have a little opened cage on it and a lovely humming-bird that is flying away!
I'm very happy about the way it came out even if I haven't win a great prize..you can find me at the 5th place!

vi avevo già parlato della gabbietta che ho creato qualche post fa! Con questo cappellino ho anche deciso di partecipare ad un concorso! Il cappellino con una base di seta verde tinta a mano è caratterizzato dalla gabbietta aperta da cui vola via un piccolo colibrì!
Son molto contenta del risultato ottenuto anche se al concorso non ho avuto un gran premio..mi potete trovare al 5° posto!
Spero che a voi piaccia quanto piace a me!^^

A butterflies wedding

I’m very proud to show you the pictures of Elisa’s Wedding!

I’ve made for her a comb with a white feathers and silk butterfly and pois hat veil!

The theme of that day was “butterflies” and I simply love it!^^

The comb was very simple and Elisa wore it beautifully!

She had a wonderful white gown and the bouquet was made of pink peonies..elegant choices and perfect combination of tones!

Sono molto felice di mostrarvi le immagini del matrimonio di Elisa!

Ho creato per lei un pettinino con una farfalla di organza e piume bianche aggiungendo poi una veletta a pois!

Il tema del matrimonio erano le farfalle che piacciono moltissimo anche a me!^^

Il pettinino era semplice e stava benissimo ad Elisa che indossava un bellissimo abito bianco abbinato ad un bouquet di peonie rosa..una combinazione perfetta ed elegante!

I’ve created even an headband for Elisa’ sister, Lara.

She wore a beige dress with printed mouths and she put on her head a big red mouth made of red satin!I’ve used for this even a red hat veil!

This one was a great opportunity for me to create something different with new materials and shapes!

I think she was beautiful with this hairpiece!

Ho creato un cerchietto anche per Lara, la sorella di Elisa.

Indossava un abito beige con stampate delle bocche rosse e ha scelto di indossare in testa una grande bocca di raso rosso!Ho poi aggiunto anche una veletta rossa!

Creare questo accessorio è stata un’ottima opportunità per misurarmi con nuovi materiali e forme!

Anche Lara indossava benissimo questo accessorio!
